 Sprockets are reproduced using high quality 3D scans when the originals are available. 1045 & 4140 medium carbon steels are used for superior wear resistance and front sprockets are flame hardened to +50 HRC

All sprockets are shipped with a glass bead finish. This prepares the surface perfectly for painting or plating and allows for an even patina if you're after an authentic aged look
